I decided to put this in the wiki, rather than on my homepage, because this isn't a finished list. There may be features that I've left out, and there are certainly ways to use these features that I haven't listed. I suspect that even some of the games already designed exploit these in ways I don't appreciate.
As an aside: Even though new games don't need to exploit every feature of the Decktet, it is a problem if some feature frustrates the game. The current page does not have any discussion of this.
