Note that I didn't design the game, so I can't answer most of the questions.

I'm assuming that Runs need not have a common suit like Cribbage rules. Is that true?

The game looks like Cribbage pressed into the mold of the Decktet, so you can probably safely assume that it's Cribbage-like where ambiguous.

Regarding the Extended Deck, you only talk about Pawns and The Excuse. Any rules for the Courts?

I think the rules might have actually predated the addition of Crowns. David designed the game a while before he posted it to the wiki.

I'm assuming that Runs need not have a common suit like Cribbage rules. Is that true?

Regarding the Extended Deck, you only talk about Pawns and The Excuse. Any rules for the Courts?

The Excuse has a rank 0 and no suit. So if I read correctly you could have a 5 and 6 for 11, and the the same 5 and 6 plus the Excuse for a second 11?

The Pawns have no Rank but 3 suits. They are valid for pairs with themselves, and "of-a-kinds" which I assume you mean a 6 suit meld for 6 points. Correct?

Must a 6-suit meld have exactly the 6 suits, no extras?
