Turns out the Deleted Thread forums is to manually hide threads you would want to delete, as you can't really delete the threads, just the posts.

I've renamed the Hidden category as "Special" and moved the Deleted Thread forum to a new hidden category so it does its purpose. This way, the "per page discussions" like comments on game pages remain visible in the forum and in the RSS feed, and the name of the forum is not confusing…

It seems posts from hidden forums don't appear on the RSS feed, so I've unhidden the "hidden" forum category. It seems to be the only solution to the problem.

From now on, posts made to threads in individual wiki pages should appear on the RSS feed, so no content is missed by users that use this feature…
